Freight bill Post Audit Services & Terms

 

The terms & responsibilities are simple enough to be covered here on this one web page. We do not require a contract, and the service can be terminated at any time.

Terms For Freight Post Audit Services

Client Commitments:

1. Your company will agree to a minimum of six months of freight bills post audit service provided by Freight Revenue Recovery.

2. Your company agrees to courier paid freight bills, copies or electronic data equivalents or arrange for other suitable delivery to Freight Revenue Recovery at your own cost, on a quarterly basis.

3. Your company shall provide Freight Revenue Recovery copies of current carrier tariffs, or contract pricing information for audit purposes.

4. Your company provides directly or through third party payment company, or 3PL, paid freight data in a compatible electronic format. 

Freight Revenue Recovery's Commitments:

1. Freight Revenue Recovery indemnifies each claim against carrier loss.

2. Freight Revenue Recovery shall not disclose, or disseminate any information obtained by a client for any other purpose other than audit of freight bills and related charges.

3. Freight Revenue Recovery agrees to return at it's own cost freight bills submitted by client in a timely manner based upon volume. (Usually one month)

4. Upon request, Freight Revenue Recovery must relinquish to client any and all materials collected from client for purposes of freight bill auditing.

5. Freight Revenue Recovery shall provide suitable reporting monthly to client on the status of each claim filed.

Compensation for Services

We provide audit and recovery services on a contingency fee basis which are negotiated based on the scope of the work to be done and the type of assistance we will obtain.
